Descrição:
PTP 1B is the prototype nontransmembrane protein tyrosine phosphatase. It is a ubiquitous protein that was originally identified in human placenta. This highly active enzyme is well suited for the study of tyrosine phosphatase kinetics and substrate specificity, as well as for the screening of inhibitors.
